Terms of use

Sixtile is a free game made as a hobby project by Ján Jurdik, a private individual in Slovakia. By playing it you agree to these few rules.

The game is free and provided as it is

There is no charge, no subscription and nothing to buy. The game is offered without any warranty. It can have bugs, rooms can be lost, and the service can change or stop at any time. To the extent the law allows, the author is not liable for any damage from using it.

Play fair, be decent

• Do not pick nicknames that insult, threaten or impersonate other people.
• Do not harass other players, spam reactions, or try to break, overload or cheat the game server.
• Rooms or players that break these rules can be removed without notice.

To report a player, use "Report a player" in a room or write to hello@sixtile.com with the room code.

App stores

If you got the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's standard licence agreement for apps applies as well. Apple is not responsible for the game or its support.

Content and name

The name Sixtile, the logo, the artwork, the music and the code belong to Ján Jurdik. Please do not copy them.

Law

These terms follow Slovak law. Your rights as a consumer under the law of your country stay unaffected. See the privacy page for how data is handled.
